SHIPPING POLICY
I use Australia Post for all deliveries. For items weighing up to 250g the shipping cost is $5. For items 250g to 500g the shipping cost is $6. By Australian standard post. For those who require tracking there will be an additional cost of $4.30. For items heavier than 500g individual costs will be calculated. Free shipping within 5 kilometres of Rye. Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days on completion of payment.
RETURN POLICY
I am proud of my products and always endeavour to ensure that your purchase is a happy one. I will happily offer a refund or exchange if there are any faults. Please note I do not offer a refund for change of mind, but can offer you an exchange.
Unworn and unused items may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase date, with it’s original tags attached. Please contact for approval before sending.
Postage costs are non refundable and return costs are at the expense of the customer. When returning your purchase for an exchange, please include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel large enough to fit your return order.
